Busy Libyan Harbours

Listening to various government announcements one should expect big things for 2013.
For the time being the private sector is giving continous strong signs of activities. Money does not seem to be the problem and so consumer prdoucts keep flowing into Libya. Last week a disruption happened, when the border towards Tunisia, the main point of entry by land, was closed for a couple of days.
However, shipping was never disrupted, except that ports in Western Libya are simply running over their capacity. This means that ships have to queue up in front of the harbour and wait for a free docking place in the harbour.

  1. Ist das vierte von rechts nicht die "Scharnhorst" ?
Die Zeit scheint schnell rückwärts zu laufen in diesen Tagen.
