In this specific case it is Wolfgang Pusztai, an Austrian who used to do analyisis on that subject on a daily basis. I guess I can not say more on that subject, otherwise he would probably have to kill me (joke).
However, now Wolfgang is writing articles for various think-tanks. He has a profound knowledge of the region and has given consent (including the consent of ISPI) that this security analysis can be published on my blog.
By the way: Some of the predictions became true, others might be good to know...

Auch wenn Herr W. Pusztai einige Gefahren vorhergesehen hat, so war (ist) seine Analyse doch etwas blauäugig gewesen. Die heutige Ermordung des US-Botschafters und die Zerstörung des amerikanischen Konsulates in Benghazi sprechen für sich.

Zauberlehrlinge, das wusste schon Goethe, lassen sich eben nicht dauerhaft instrumentalisieren.
Auch im Irak haben die USA mit den Shiiten "die falschen", nämlich letztlich den Iran an die Macht gebombt.
Vielleicht spielen die US- Think tanks zu viel Golf, anstatt sich eingehend mit den lokalen Begebenheiten zu beschäftigen. Dann hätten sie jetzt nicht auch noch in Libyen ihre Feinde gezüchtet.
